    The good thingsBusinessTrends were super hands-on, application process went smoothly. They actually help you out during the interview and hiring process, they always keep you updated and and even give me ideas and tips on how to do well in interviews.

    They are really strict when it comes to the completion of requirements no matter how urgent the position. I think because most of their clients sre big and reputable.
    The good thingsDespite that this is contractual they have managed to get a big and reputable company. I also heard that their clients are really good companies.
    The challengesThe agency should ask for allowances and other benefits aside from the package pay for their employees.

    Overall, a good company to be in.
    The good thingsThe people at BusinessTrendsPh are really kind and accommodating. My reporting head and the recruiter were really nice. They made my interview go smooth. :)
    The challengesI had 3 first days because of the lack of communication between the company and the client. The forms are tedious to fill in so I hope they get to simplify it in the future.
