    It was a great experience overall.
    The good thingsThe working environment was very comforting and everyone was willing to help you especially if you are a fresh grad. You can learn many things from them.
    The challengesThe only thing that I did not like was that some of the projects are made with outdated technology and the salary was not competitive.

    The good thingsOrganization is open to new ideas and you are given the time to showcase your skills. Not strict, as long as you deliver what is expected. No one is forced to extend their time at work.
    The challengesThe structure is heavily favors to those who are competitive, more creative and more open minded. But the company does not create a toxic environment for competition.

    The good thingsi enjoyed being with the company as a intern, i expect a lot of adjustments but in less than a week, employees makes me more comfortable around them and do my task persistently and being determined to work.
    The challengesbeing based in cavite or other places which would took you an hour or more than is not ideal to work here, because in the means of transportation and time, you must be on time and early. i suggest boarding houses or condo near SM moa would be a great place to stay in.
