    The good thingsWhat I love about this company is that employees are treated as family, and everyone is ready to help you at work, especially by the owner who cares for all his employees the most and is ready to listen whether work-related or even personal. This company will also bring out the best in you and will help you discover other skills that you thought you can't do.
    The challengesThe 6-day work week can be tiring sometimes If they can try adding other employee benefits such as increasing the leave credits Consistency of the annual salary increase

    BPI is the best area to start a career.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the company of my co-workers who empathize with one another in terms of the workload each one is tasked to perform. I would like to commend the company's effort to provide a healthy working environment to everyone by hosting monthly birthday celebrations, Halloween parties, Christmas parties, and company outings.
    The challengesThe company may improve by providing proper training for all employees to ensure proper coordination among them and to enable the effective implementation of the management's objectives.

    Challenging projects, not your ordinary desk work
    The good thingsJob is not routinary. There is investigative, a lot of thinking and brainstorming. Fieldworks from time to time are some of the best perks.
    The challengesThe job and projects itself are challenging but you will always learn sonething new in the end. Management just need to be consistent.

    Great opportunities in professional & personal development
    The good thingsThe company and my job allows me to explore a lot of subject matters, enhances my research and analytical skills, and I get to experience and meet a wide range of personalities, companies and situations. It encourages my inquisitive nature, and my need to learn new ideas and discover skills I didn't know I had. Though work is demanding, and sometimes stressful, the camaraderie and relationship with my co-workers create a better work atmosphere.
    The challengesWork is very demanding. It would sometimes push you to your limit. Additional benefits such as additional paid leaves would be great for a chance to de-stress, especially after a big project.

    The good thingsThey are an on-hand management. They help their employees as much as they can. They strive for a high quality of work where in the employees learn to discipline themselves and work for their betterment.
    The challengesEvery company has ups and down, and I believe that they just have to continue their unwavering support to their employees and have a more engagement employee programs.
