    The challengesIf you're not close with the bosses, there will be a low chance for promotion. Current management is worst. No work-life balance, as if you are a robot. With high turnover rate.

    Positives do not outweigh the negatives
    The good thingsSome coworkers are approachable. I also like the office's location of being in one of the central business districts of the metro.
    The challengesMany of the senior staff are close-minded, judgmental, and resistant to change. They have a "boomer" mentality. There are not enough resources to support and sustain employee satisfaction.

    I regret why I accepted the offer. They promise to give acceptance bonus but its only to make you grab the contract but not real.
    The good thingsI cannot see good things here. I have been into a global company but this company will not give you job stability.
    The challengesAlthough I am an exempt employee but I need to extend long hours in office just to finish allthe delivs. Terrible Manager ever.

    The challengesWork loads are super stressful,You must always meet a deadlines.You need to very fast in doing your task.You need to go in different offices of your signatories(other building and location).The place was so traffic.

    The challengesthe HR that i have dealt with is really unprofessional. she even questioned about how my parents raised me as a person, she never listens to my explanation and worse she even called me names. i am so disappointed to what i have experience in this company. and the most embarrassing part was she and my immediate boss are friends and they laughed at my back!

    Good for fresh graduates
    The good thingsWorking environment is good. This was my first job so I learned a lot while working there. Colleagues and bosses are all friendly and helpful. The company’s HR is organized when it comes to employees’ inquiries.
    The challengesCompensation is low. And incentives are not that high after you working 50 hours a week. I was a client-based employee and I can say that training and workshops are more often given to office-based employees. Career development is slow and after a year you will feel that you are not professionally challenged anymore.

    This company really gives me a high spectacular experience in General accounting and Taxation. This is a good training for all specially to those fresh graduate.

    The challengesThe salary is not commensurate to the service you render for entry level employees. Sometimes I encountered handling clients without proper disposition/transposition. Learn on your own.

    Good company to work for fresh graduates who are looking for accounting/finance related work experience
    The good thingsAs an accounts payable associate, I was trained well with SAP accounting software, learned a lot of accounting knowledge & how transactions in accounting works. I was also get to familiarize how the accounting cycle & fiscal year in financial statements of a food manufacturing company works. There are also team buildings, xmas party and hr related development trainings held at hotels. And most importantly, it was a pleasure working with my workmates. My boss & management were like family.

    The best place for a newbie to have the best working experience.
    The good thingsAn employee will learn many things like multi-tasking skills, effective customer service and camaraderie. The colleagues are great. You will always have a friend in them.
    The challengesThere is no work-life balance because of too many tasks to do. The Operations serve both the Client and the Company support group. Too many bosses in other words. There's a need to establish a performance review process.
