    The good thingsthe company gives a good handling to its people. incentives are always there and benefits. It provide housing for new employees after two years of service. Listens to complains of every employee and gives immediate action as well.It is located in Bukidnon, it is manned with good people. it provides training and the company is open for new ideas for improvement.
    The challengesthe challenging part is how to manage your boss. And the changes the company is making to improve it.the adjustment is difficult specially when changing the culture to innovation.
