    Great
The good thingsA lot of challenges and a wide variety of opportunities. I am able to meet a lot of people working for the good of the communities thru seminars, workshop, meetings and others. Working here give me an experience to work for the betterment of our client (Person Deprived of Liberty) thru behavioral development for their eventual return to the society.
The challengesWorking in the government that helps to develop a person deprived of liberty (PDL) entails a lot of risk like escape incidents and other jail disturbances like noise barrage, hunger strike and the like. Our jails are congested but we make sure that our PDLs are safe and secured.
