It's a good place to start as a fresh graduate but...
The good thingsA lot of opportunities to develop your skills. Depending on the schedule of events, it can be quite lax which one can use as an opportunity to learn new things. Started here as an intern, I can definitely say that BFAR is where I really honed my designing skills. Because of my many tasks, time management is crucial to be able to deliver outputs on time.
The challengesThe workplace environment is not that great. As my former boss said, "We make do with what we have". Don't expect much. The HR should definitely do weekly checkups to see if an office/unit can still be called a good working environment.

The challengesBeing a contract of services means I did not enjoy the benefits which were given to the permanent employees.
