    Weak decision making skills and even weaker management team
    The good thingsThe clients + autonomy given to high potential/high performing individuals.
    The challengesStartup mentality despite existing 5 years already. They are operating with processes that have not yet matured since they began operating. The biggest challenge here was working with the management team as the lack of talent is super obvious. Pay is also below the industry standard. People should go here if they need a fresh start from being laid off.

    very good office but very unstable
    The good thingsit was all very promising at first.amazing environment. amazing people. It's very different from most BPO's. it is a very simple office with open communication and open workplace atmosphere. This would have been a perfect company in my opinion!
    The challengesno stability. one day you're happily working then the next day they'll just bid you goodbye coz they lost that account. no plan b's they just kick you all out just like that. no opportunities for career growth nor any development. Management is unsure too.

    A Promising Tech Start-Up
    The good thingsBunch is not your usual company. During my interview, the owner enthusiastically explained his vision. He said wanted to run a company without any hierarchy and that got me. True enough, it wasn't like the other companies I've been part of. Here at Bunch, we are all treated equals. Our opinions mattered. There's also transparency and respect among all the employees. It's a safe environment for people to learn and grow.
    The challengesSince it's a startup, expect that it's still developing a system or procedure of things. Expect that it's still building its own culture and identity. The silver lining is you can be part of that. You can help create a process of work. You can help build a good company culture.

    Good people, great working environment
    The good thingsIn my interview they welcome me with an open arms, and discuss me the job and its detail very clear. I think working here won't be a problem since the people that already been employ by bunch are very friendly and approachable.
    The challengesI think challenges will be there all the time, especially in a working environment. Maybe for now i can't tell much since I just apply from bunch.

    Great Things come in small packages.
    The good thingsMy working experience in BUNCH is very unique than most companies I have worked for. This is my first job here in the Philippines coming back from abroad so I always expected co-workers and superiors to be more strict and serious. I did not expect that everything was smooth sailing on my first day during the onboarding session.
    The challengesMy personal challenge is the location of the place because it is very far from my home. I would always get late to work.

    The good thingsTalk about work life balance. Do not be deceived by the looks of the company. Bunch is a start-up company that has no limitations when it comes to growth and has an environment that very few company has.When I started working at Bunch I had a very sketchy feeling about it, since it is a small company. I have never seen anything like it's setup before. But then again I was wrong, Though it is small, this company is one of the best company by far. People are soooo accommodating, friendly and make you feel you belong already. About the management, I cannot express how open they are you can talk to them anytime you want as long as they are free, if not they will make sure they will make time for you. I never felt that first day jitters when I started, because of the culture that this company has and continuously practicing. It is very rare to have this feeling that you are excited to go to work because you are having fun at work. I am looking forward to be with this company and be part of it's growth.
    The challengesThe only challenge that I encountered in this company is regarding it's facilities. Since I came from a big corporate company with it's complete facilities and other perks, It took me a little longer to adjust to Bunch which is a small company and does not have the facilities that I have been used to for the longest time.

    An amazing, tradition-defying organization
    The good thingsMy experience applying with BUNCH is nothing like any other. They are indeed very non-traditional when it comes to the recruitment process and I had a great time. Not just the interviewers but those people that I have met during that time are very accommodating. I also saw how passionate they are regarding the Company which makes me more interested to be part of their Team. Now that I have been hired, I can say that literally all the things that we discussed during the recruiting stage was all true. I may say that I was lucky to have found and been part of BUNCH.
    The challengesChallenges are always present in an organization. It's just a matter of how the person will adjust according to the situation. In BUNCH, the challenge I meet is how to exceed my own performance. Meeting their performance expectation is very achievable. It is the question of how you will outdo yourself is the challenge. After all, being above and beyond will be surely rewarded.
