I worked as the assistant of the in house Architect as well as the DraftsmanThe good thingsI was able to build camaraderie with various professional fields. I had engaged in bidding which is a rare experience granted to all who had been having their apprenticeships. I was able to manage all construction of the university. talked to several contractors and dealers. I was also given a chance to decide in behalf of the Architects in several instances with regards to design and material specifications.
The challengesTime pressured is the main concerned here. This is A government Institution and thus, everything shall be time bounded. I have to make sure that everything falls under its deadline. Facilitate all documents in applying for building permit and other related pertinent documents. I had also experienced presenting all our works to the different executive committee of the university and even to the board of regents.
