    Poor Management, No Career Development
    The good thingshonestly none. i didn't see any good things in this company
    The challengesPoor support from the GM. If they saw your potential still no recognition. You need to be close (sipsip) so that they will treat you as a good employee. The internal audit style is not to fix or help you on the process, it will make you a bad employee if they saw lapses. Too many acting bosses.
