    The good thingsAs a fresh graduate, I was really scared of working in a company where people have crab mentality. Fortunately, I have the opportunity to work here where people help each other and celebrate each other's success. PS: We have a lot of free M&Ms and other free food and drinks <3

    The good thingsCSP have very nice working environment. Employee's can acquire and enhance their knowledge about the work (attend trainings, seminars) and also respecting other differences in terms of lifestyle, personalities and opinion.
    The challengesMy experience in working this company so far there is nothing to be change but continue what make CSP become successful.
