    The good thingsThe company truly taken into consideration the Well-being and productivity of its employees. In comparison to some competitors, the company has a higher Compensations and provided other de minimis/ allowances and benefits, rice, health insurance, vacation and sick leaves, life insurance and load allowance. On the other hand, Department Heads or Executives are approachable.
    The challengesThe challenges I encountered were, learning the nature and business and sometime to impose Policies, knowing that most of the employees were out based.

    The challengesthese company push you hard to finish the project but when it comes to final billing they will hold your payments until the last drop of your patience. not recommended to have a contract with them..
