    The good thingsOur manager, supervisor and my office-mates are very kind and accommodating. It's a great experience to work here as my knowledge & skills has been enhanced. It's great to work with my managers & workmates
    The challengesEveryday is a challenge but with the help of my manager & workmates, I may able to conquer those conflicts. Just always pray and work hard. Pretty sure, it will be paid off.

    So much for being an ISO Company
    The good thingsIf you are looking for a "challenge" this is the place. Only for steel nerve individuals. Depends on the project and working environment and management - this is the only good thing I have experience.
    The challengesOverworked under Paid. So much for the bragging of being an ISO company but lacks the very initiative to provide the necessary manpower for every project. Poor response from designated officers, So many promises but lacks implementation. Doesn't know how to take care of asset employees. Regularization is a dream. No increase in salary. So much politics in. Poor system and implementation. Doesn't know how to appreciate good employees. Very stressful working environment, will squeeze the very life out of you. Big contract projects but doesn't have the initiative to support the necessary manpower.

    The good thingsThe company is a good start for the new engineers and architect who would like to have experience in terms of preparation of documents, site implementations and to build up skills in designation of works to subordinates.
    The challengesThe company should have a proper scope of work for every personnel in order for them to have directions and guides at every end of the day, also should have a strict implementation of safety. moreover, the company should have training and seminars in order to have a progressive development in the field of each worker.
