    Unorganized management
    The good thingsGood School Activities which includes the teachers and staffs.
    The challengesVery unorganized student files. Will take your hours just for searching for a single file. Others will make you work not included in your responsibilities.

    The good thingsThe former president was very approachable. There was a very friendly atmosphere between teachers and students.
    The challengesSalary was very low. They didn't have proper salary basis. They prioritized hiring incompetent family members.
