Hardwork,discipline made me the better employee .

The good thingsMy first job and absorbed a huge experience about working discipline.Evolving from non to a well verse in identifying and functionality of auto and truck parts.Reach the most awaited position as salesman.

The challengesQouta's was always the basis of working output evaluation.From the first month in sales,I'm pretty had hard ups.But,gradually became better of my sales and collection.

Step to success

The good thingsi am happy to work in my company wherein i am able to travel alot from one place to another since i am assigned in doing field work. It exposed me in the retail and wholesaler market in which i can develop my growth personally and objectively.

The challengesofcourse having a start in the company is he most difficult part in working with my company since i have no idea about our market in the first place, i think the best challenge i have done was to penetrate my area and be able to gather sale and reach my quota atleast 6times a year.
