    The good thingsAll employees (internal & project) are receiving HMO and AD&D Insurances Project employees receive benefits that regular employees receive They provide OT meal & transpo allowances (depends on project) They provide service vehicle during Covid Pandemic Allowances are still given even working from home during pandemic We still receive our full salary during pandemic The internal employees are taking care of their project employees
    The challengesConsider giving opportunities for career development to ALL of employees, not just selected ones. Current office managers need to be more professional & compassionate to their subordinates

    Very Considerate Management
    The good thingsVery considerate management, and career growth is very encouraged. Trainings are paid by the management. They have many available positions especially to professionals, and usually they hire their former employees again for other available projects.
    The challengesThere is no major challenge. You must be creative in some area to make work easier for everybody. As an analyst, I am the main problem solver so I must be keen for details and be responsible always.
