Based on the annual evaluation, we promote employees and provide proper rewards such as incentives.To promote to the next grade normally takes 2~5 years depending on the individual performance and achievement.Scholarship ProgramThe company offers a scholarship program to provide educational assistance to the deserving dependents of the employees who will study in college. This program is planned in order to give more chances for more employee’s children to continue their studies.BenefitA subsidy of P20,000.00 per semester to the qualified dependent of the employee.The dependent can avail of the subsidy up to 8 semesters.
