Bad work Culture stressful Staff and management
The good thingsSome Employees are understanding and sociable
The challengesMost of the Staff are ignorant. Management assigns Manager's to the wrong department therefore have no Idea in terms of work process. No Work Life balance

Worst Management, no room for professional growth
The good thingsRelatively high salary for an entry level work. Looks good on the resume.
The challengesThe management never responds and listens to employee feedback. Staff leave every month even if we’re a small organisation (around 30 people in Manila). There’s no room for growth, you have to apply for the same position and go through the hiring process just to extend your contract. The management doesn’t care about employees’s welfare. They care more about making profits and having a larger market share against competitors. Managers are very unprofessional and talking about their staff’s personal lives to other coworkers. The ones with higher positions do pretty much no work and delegate the tasks to their managees. We work almost everyday, even on Sundays and more sometimes up to 12 hours a day. If you do consider working here, you’re better off working for other departments, but never exams! Although even other departments see their staff leave as quick as a month on the job.

5 to 6 years in the role, current employee
I've been in the company for almost 5 years and my experienced is great.
The good thingsThey gave me a chance to work as a part time invigilator to show my skills and contribute good working environment to the company. I learned a lot of things particularly in my designated department especially in administrative work.
The challengesThe biggest challenge faced by the is a lack of employees with the skill sets needed to continue to drive revenue.

No one will genuinely appreciate all the things that you've done for the company
The good thingsthere will always be free food from different departments, that would be the only thing that you can consider good, unless you enjoy talking to arrogant people and enjoys being with people who uses you for their achievement without acknowledging your efforts, then this would be the best place for you.
The challengesstarting from the director and upper management, they don't know how to give importance to their employees, so imagine the rest.

The good thingsNice environment, near to city and botanic gardens. I have a good boss and I work well with colleagues. They use SAP system which is considered as one of the better ERP system in the world.
The challengesManagement is mostly from overseas hence challenging to understand and work with them. It is also a form of civil service of the United kingdom so you need to understand their culture and working style.
