    The good thingsGood salary and benefit package. Annual salary increase and bonus. Training and development provided by the company. Semi-flexible work schedule. Happy team members.
    The challengesYou are forced to complete a csr hours. You can’t say no because they will use it against you. Toxic management. Not open to changes and automation. Too much politics.
