    A tough one but it satisfies a heart of an adventurer.
    The good thingsYou can learn & experience many things. This company has full of surprises. If you are not up to a high salary and wanted to learn heavy equipment, this company can provide you a good journey.
    The challengesThe challenges we faced here were not common, communication problem, centralized authority, delay of processes and other problems that other company can offer. The saddest thing that we have encounter here is the miscalculation of salaries. The good thing is that they will entertain your problem and once it proven you may be refunded. The bad thing is that the delay of the refund, the earliest is a month and you can freely think of the latest.

    The challengesDefinitely the hours of work. Here if you're assigned in Inbound there are times that you need to extend your working hours sometimes because you are also needed in the field not just in the office. This is one of the challenges I encountered in this company.
