The best place for career growth and development especially for freshers.The good thingsAs an intern, BITC allowed me to gain a lot of experiences as if I'm a full-time employee by trusting me to handle real data wherein these data are being provided by the company's clients. People here treats each other with respect and fairness by letting interns share ideas, skills and let's you express yourself and encourages you to try and solve issues on your own first. During my stay here, I also learned different techniques and strategies regarding software testing that I could use in my future endeavors to ensure that the quality of the company's system is always at its best condition.
The challengesExpect tasks to be done on time. Tasks assigned to you marked as high priority should always be completed before the day ends if possible, and if not extension of work hours is expected depending on the priority of the task. Expect different issues to be reported everyday. There will be times when clients have their specific requests on some features of the system, so be patient if they ask for frequent/last minute changes or any additional features.
