    The good thingsThe pay is good, co-workers and supervisors/head are approachable and sensible. The department is goal oriented and objective achiever. The goals are realistic and time bond.
    The challengesProper work classification and job description. The position and work are not well define that sometimes the employees are confuse in which what are the scopes and limits of their work.

    The good thingsmy employer give me so much priviladge to work, mold my self as a individual, my employer empowers me to become a good person and credible, thru this experience I develop my skills in Video Editing, In also become a reporter for awhile, this priviladge really matters me most. im so thankful being part of Brigada Mass Media Corp.
    The challengesi found difficult when my manager task me to do the reportorial job though i already had some background on it. the most challenging part when I did my first news script. its so hard how to start and put ending on your story since i dont have any background in mass communucation Im an Informtion technology Graduate. but im so great full that i experience what to become a reporter.
