The challengesI hope the staff will be more accommodating with our concerns.

The salary is not that bad for the not so stressful work. I really find this job helpful in my growth because it helped me become more patient when it comes to dealing with people who are not at the same level as yours. Compared to all the great things about this company, that it would surely take too long to write, I probably should mention the things that I kinda don't like about this company. To begin with, the break time is not enough for a tiring day and there are a lot of exams to take and also many demos to perform, that's kinda hassle for me.

And also, the environment is so friendly except for those who are troublemakers.

The job was easy but the salary was very low.
The good thingsThe students are easy to teach and they are likeable. The job is easy to do as well. The location was quite good. The International staff were very nice, especially the manager who is very considerate.
The challengesThe local/Filipino staff aren't that nice. I don't think the full-time pay was worth it. Very little overtime offered. Very minimal benefits.

BridgeCulture was my first official company whom I am grateful to be with as I was able to share my expertise to my students.
The good thingsThe people I worked with are great. Not just that, the management itself, too.
The challengesDuring my time working there, the salary wasn't that high just average.
