    The good thingsSalary is competetive, incentives and bonus, flexible schedule(for managers), 8days off per month(for managers), fast career progression(depends on the boss).
    The challengesInventory management system, no work life balance(will call you even on RD), work overloaded operations team, no travel fund for manager with over 100km stores unpon joining.

    The good thingscomplete benifets , aside from that we also try work office by using system apps very nice and having a good relationship to my co workers .
    The challengesi think dealline are very risky and its challenge my self as individual to be on it and reports to the top heads . I am happy with the result because if you can't ,no success but if we try with success .
