    Major issue with deliveries and warehouse
    The good thingsCompensation is nice. A lot of things will get you busy.
    The challengesNo stocks/delivery analysis. Overworked agency staff that needs better compensation. Top management is too firm with what they believe is right but in reality those things should be improved.

    My experience at Bricolage Phillipines
    The good thingsSalary is competitive
    The challengesIf you are ok working even during your off duty, past working hours, and leave, then this is the company for you. You will be asked to reply on multiple groups here in the Philippines and abroad. Lots of things to do. You need to check the website for instructions from time to time. You have to be very physically fit because you will be lifting boxes, especially on weekly delivery. No transparency on evaluation, salary increase, promotion. All depends with the boss.
