    The good thingsThe salary is considerable and it is competitive. it is really a good company and you will also experience challenges which helps you grow not just with your skills but also grow as a person.
    The challengesthe workload is a bit heavy, a lot of things to day from my day to day transactions and communication is a little difficult but we can manage.

    Many learnings and benefits yet so stressful
    The good thingsGenerous with increases, and year end bonuses, perks with quarterly treats
    The challengesToo much workload, you will be trained on the field thus you have to be receptive, you will learn by your mistakes and your senior's advices, system is yet to be improved as is not yet easy to use, with the stress of everyday encounter with buyers/agents/brokers, seminars or debriefing could be a great help to boost the morale of employees (suggesion).
