    A great culture to work at
    The good thingsThe company makes sure they give you incentives based on your performance and is extremely generous. They also allow its staff to work from home when you are already eligible and a numerous company events all year round.
    The challengesLocation is a challenge since it is located in Makati and traffic is getting worse in Manila. However, the company provides you the benefit of working from home which is a plus for me.

    Good working environment
    The good thingsFamily oriented company, values work-life balance, since the group has different subcompanies there are a lot of opportunities for growth and experience.
    The challengesTime can be a challenge for some, since we work 6:00am to 3:00pm Manila time. The company can also improve on other fringe benefits, like retirement benefit, etc. which I think is already in the pipeline.
