    The good thingsGood benefits above the industry especially the medical benefits but also need to improve on salary packages. management is giving bonus for other KPI's except sales targets. Encourages employees to use their leaves to recharge and recuperate from work stress. yearly salary increase. Opportunity for growth as company provides regular trainings c/o Brenntag Academy.
    The challenges- Need to deal with global guidelines - Need to increase customer base as some clients cannot comply with the company's requirement

    The challengesA number of group head is bureaucratic, overly concerned with procedure at the expense of efficiency.

    The good things- Benefits are above industry - Company activities are good and well funded particularly the Christmas party - Colleagues are friendly, except the sales people - Management is very forgiving of employees infractions even if the disciplinary action should have been suspension and termination - Company provides good training to its employees
    The challenges- Non performers got promoted and good performers are stuck. - Non performers still got good bonus while good performers got low to average bonus - work station too cramped. Government clerks work stations are bigger - Sales people are rough and unprofessional - ERP needs a lot of improvement. It is not addressing the company's needs - Best employer goal is just a lip service.
