    The good thingsI enjoy working in the company because of the people. My immediate manager understand and motivate staffs. I also love the rewards or incentives for being hardworking. The company benefits are also exemplary and I could not imagine other companies offering such employee benefits.
    The challengesThere are transformation in the company that are not cascaded properly which can caused stress. But being an employee in a large company, it is expected to be a flexible individual. Hence, this is a minimal issue.

    BPI Philam is the major and undisputed, now in Bancassurance, soon in Life Insurance.
    The good thingsWorking with Bank Partners is a lot challenging. However, fruitful once you have established rapport with them. Continuous training & development is provided. Compensation reward is unlimited. But still based on production of BSE. Of course, interface with the client referred by bank partner. Knowing their stories and needs to provide appropriate solution.
    The challengesI would to describe the challenges I would like to relate to myself is innovation. I learned to cope & adjust with changes of the company every year. From Target Process Map, to Quantum Leap- Quantum Leap Squared, now PD Propel!

    The good thingsWorking in Philam Life is great for people who have a passion of sharing knowledge and educating everyone about the importance of financial literacy. If you are passionate about that, that's a great start already! The company gives employees the best incentives, the best gadgets, and the best benefit package I have seen so far. Traveling is never a problem as employees stay in the best hotels in the country with great allowances.
    The challengesFor parents with young children, traveling often can be a challenge. The basic salary is a little bit lower than competitors, but the overall salary that comes in the bank can be higher than others because of the benefits and incentives.

    The good thingsYou learn a lot, you grow as an individual, you get to travel, you get to help people and earn at the same time, you get to share your knowledge, you meet people and go to places, you chnage lives including your own.
    The challengesit is very challenging to start on tis field, you will get second thoughts at first. You need to put your wholes heart into it because this is not a career, it's a calling. It is vwry rewarding at the end.
