    The challengesThe location is the struggle given that my salary is low. Imagine I am from Bulacan and was assigned at Makati, I rented an apartment, there's nothing left on my salary.

    The good thingsMy team has great support system within the department. The company itself provides enough activities to motivate and sustain mental health of its employees. Training provided are very useful even outside work. BPI/MS provides great platform to grow your career and yourself.
    The challengesSince the department I served just started, you'll do everything from scratch. However, it helped me a lot to understand not only my job but the flow of the company's everyday transactions.
