    I am very grateful despite my course is not alined with the banking industry, yet BPI accepted me.
    The good thingsThe salary and bonuses are good. The atmosphere and the people I worked with too. Continuous learning since refresher courses and training are mandatories.
    The challengesI enjoy my 12 months as an employee, what I did not enjoy is that my co-teller is not helping me when I have a lot of things to do but I know I can handle it myself but I think lending me a hand will make tasks easily and faster.
