It is good and not that much stressful
The good thingsWork and life balance is good. I can handle the stress and challenges of the work pretty well and still have time for myself and other things.
The challengesTypical challenges include deadlines and reports that should be done on time. They are doable and can be done with hard work.

The good thingsThe work is primarily supervisory (even for an entry-level) in whichever department you will be assigned to and it requires professional maturity that you'll learn on-hand and eventually improve on. The company promotes flexibility and thus, you will learn and experience the duties in different departments.
The challengesThe work-life balance is poor as you'll have to work with mandatory OTs which amounts up to 60 hours per week (in my experience). When assigned to a production line, all your spare hours will literally only be spent for rest as the work is very exhausting. Also, trainings for both professional and technical growth are very very minimal.

    It's okay
The good thingsYou'll have a lot of experience and you will handle a lot of personnel which is good for your supervisory skills. You will also rotate in different areas like, quality control, production, etc. They also have various bonuses.
The challengesThe work life balance. It is very hard to balance your responsibilities in your work and still have time for your family. They always have overtime and you cannot simply say no. Your work will be 48hours/week. Usually 5 days of 10hours work or Mon-Sat 8hours of work. When you have time for your family, usually you just want to lay down in bed and rest because you're overworked but it depends on your area. I sometimes, overtime for straight 2 weeks Mon-Sun, Mon-Sun, Mon-Sat.
