Job Misfit for a Top Executive
The good thingsThe people I've worked with and the total atmosphere of the company posses a family-oriented and friendly working environment. God-fearing, fun and happy people to work with.
The challengesThe company hired a wrong top management executive assigned in our department. There was job misfit on the requirements of the company vis a vis a vis his experience. During his time our department was with lowest perfomance. He wasn't able to contribute nor develop or carry out a game-changing category and strategies in support of the company’s sales and advocacy goals.It affects the entire team.
