    Working in Boskalis is one of the best experiences I have had in my entire life due to wonders brought by new islands dredged by man.
    The good thingsI enjoyed the part of exploring the site where dredging happens.
    The challengesToo much work during the 1st phase of the project.

    Good pay and learning opportunities.
    The good thingsReally good for learning other aspects of projects. They are open for training employees for other work packages even if you have no experience.You can be working for HR for one project then as logistics officer in another or reporting engineer in another.
    The challengesMostly are project-based but they evaluate employees after projects and see who can join other projects, mostly abroad. According to permanent employees, Boskalis offers a permanent contract based on performance and stay in the company (around 3 to 5 years)
