    No Proper communication between Manila and Cebu Office.

    The challengesThe management does not properly advise the other branches of any updates and information leaving other employees unaware and not updated on the current events inside the company premises.

    The good things1. How to interact with the guest. 2. Upselling/suggestive selling. 3. You really trained how to talk with other people. 4. For me, while doing my job as a frontliner/cashiering. It was really enjoy when the customer/s was satisfied from your suggestion.
    The challengesNothing. Beacause for me,in this industry you are continously learning, even though it has a lot of pressure because of inventory,lessons that you need to review,so that's the good thing in this work. Its really love to learn more and continuosly

    The good thingsBeing a Barista is one of my best job Ive ever had in my 3 years of working. I learned a lot from my previous job such as on how to handle customers and to interact with them.

    The good thingsThe nice thing about working in WS and Landin, Inc.(Bo's Coffee) is the advocacy of the company. It aims not only plainly about business, but because of the promotions of the Philippine Brand of Hospitality and also in supporting Philippine Social Enterprises. So, Filipinos like me would be glad to support and be part of the company not because of the salary alone but because of its vision.
    The challengesConsidering that it is a growing company, system is on the process of standing it. For me the challenge that I have been encountering is the Employee Relation within the team, Department Head Management and appropriate location to work with especially the office and the training room.
