COVID Job Hunting Made EasyThe good thingsI had applied for B&P at the precipice of the pandemic. I was surprised to see how professional and calm the interviewers and HR team were, even as other employees were preparing for the lockdown. They have made the whole application process concise and effortless. I felt at ease and it didn't take long before I received a job offer. It was one of the most comfortable application experience I've had! I've always liked it when a company feels more like a community. With B&P, there's always a roadshow, activity, or a contest I can join! I get to learn new skills and show my talents as well! For an employee that came around the pandemic period, it makes me feel like I'm a part of a company that truly cares and supports each other.
The challengesI'm not aware on what the office environment is like since everyone is working at home for the time being. Meetings online and meetings face-to-face can be different. For now, I'm comfortable with everyone I've met remotely.
