    Excellent. Because if you have a passion in your job. You enjoy and not too much stressfull.

    heartless, inconsiderate specially now in times of pandemic... NO UPDATES! NO EVERYTHING! THEY

    The challengesEverything is needed for improvement. Actually, a REVISION maybe. Working here is really stressful. and the promotion system is very poor. I am just staying here for the sake of my family, but other than that I don't have any reason. working for 12 hours a day is really terrible. NO OT PAYS AND NO INCENTIVES!

    The challengesCustomer complain. Facing angry customers is very difficult but still u can talk to them in a nice way with a good attitude.

    The good thingsI enjoy working at bonchon because first of all I want to cook my hobby is cooking I want to learn more about cooking and Bonchon give me that opportunity, and also my superiors and managers treated me as a friend not just their employee that's why I enjoy the times that I work for Bonchon
    The challengesthe challenge here is how you can satisfied your customers that's why we improve our selves we trained by their kitchen supervisors to learn how to give the customers a fast and good quality of food and services

    The good thingsI really like to work with different people because I learned a lot about the system in the warehouse. Yung pakikisama sa isa't-isa, doon ko talaga nagustuhan.
    The challengesAt first nahirapan ako kasi flexible ang schedule ko kahit Saturday and Sunday may pasok ako and then isang araw lang ang day off ko pero kailangan ko magadjust sa routine para maging productive ako sa aking trabaho.
