    I find it interesting that respect is based on seniority. Overall, I felt isolated and unsupported, which negatively impacted my experience.
    The good thingsGood benefits and a global company with a strong brand.
    The challengesThe workplace has a toxic culture with microaggressions and condescending behavior from senior colleagues. Mental health issues are dismissed, and new hires are criticized instead of supported. Respect is often tied to seniority rather than professionalism.

    Competitive salary and benefits, flexible time, and hybrid set up.
    The good thingsI love working at BI because of the flexible work time schedule and hybrid set up. Our team lead is also very transparent with the work demands and assigns tasks fairly so expections are clear and easy to meet. HMO, linkedin learning, free lunch and shuttle are also provided.
    The challengesJob is very technical and there's quite a learning curve at the beginning but more experience on the job makes the tasks easier.

    Company has a lot of promise and knows how to keep them.
    The good things- Stable industry - given that it is Pharma - Management also knows how to approach people - Opportunities to travel to Germany and other countries are there, as well as opportunities to work there - Great beneifits
    The challenges- Chismis culture is present especially in the department I used to work with - Politics is also prevalent - and it shows

    The challengesRelatively lower basic pay compared to other pharma companies but total compensation, both monetary and non monetary, is very competitive. Maybe better than most multinational pharma companies in the Philippines.

    great company, great compensation and benefits
    The good thingsI previously work here as a PSR and what I can say is that they offer a great compensation package. Basic salary is low but it is very well compensated with the company benefits and perks. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try out being a medrep.

    Work for the long run
    The good thingsBoerhinger takes care of their employees and makes sure they provide assistance in case of emergencies. They provide all the tools you need to make your sales operations seamless. Though the basic salary is not that high, the non-cash benefits are very rewarding. They have a car service for your operations, medical-dental benefits and others.
    The challengesThe basic salary was a challenge though there were good benefits and incentive program. I would have stayed if my salary was enough to sustain my family. But nevertheless the challenges were all manageable.

    The good thingsmy previous company was so generous, people oriented and excellent. benefits for the employees are very satisfactory. being with my previous employer was a nice experience. unlimited income, travels and incentive are given to their employees. in times of calamity, they are ready to support their employees wether in financially and emotionally..
    The challengesi was with Sales during the past 5 years. hitting our target was very challenging yet fulfilling. dealing with your customers is difficult but if you just enjoy your work you can just adjust easily.. We are dealing with numbers too and it made me weak when it comes to numbers :)
