    The good things- good management - hiring for fresh grads - kind dealers - easy to learn in the position that you take - friendly co-workers
    The challenges- poor vpn - no aircon in business satellite office - toxic dealers - the dealers always in demand - low salary - delayed salary and low benefits - poor internet (they're using globe broadband internet)
