    Encouraging workplace that provides guidance, growth, and collaboration.
    The good thingsWhat I like the most is the smooth and well-communicated application process. As a fresh graduate, I was guided very well from the interviews up to onboarding, which made the transition easier. The team is very approachable and supportive, creating a positive work environment where collaboration is encouraged. I also appreciate the opportunities to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
    The challengesAs a fresh graduate, I am still adjusting to the fast transition from being a student to becoming an employee. There are times when processes feel overwhelming, and I am still learning how to keep up with the pace. However, with the support and guidance of the team, these challenges are manageable and help me grow.

    Challenging yet fulfilling!
    The good thingsbneXt is such a good place to work at as it provides many training opportunities to its employees. I can say that the company truly cares on the well-being, growth, and development of its talents. In my experience so far, bneXt generously provides trainings which can truly enhance one's capabilities, thus resulting to professional growth and advancement. Also, leaders are always willing to share their knowledge to the junior members of the team.
    The challengesThe tasks can be overwhelming at times, but with the good support system of each department, I can see that everyone is able to easily cope with all the challenges.

    Work Independence and Collaboration
    The good thingsOne thing I love about bneXt is that since I'm already an experienced professional, they let me work independently in a way that I can share my knowledge and expertise, not to mention as much as the hybrid setup is in place, we are still work at home, making all of us be creative regardless on where we are and what we are doing, without compromising work life balance.
    The challengesSo far no challenges. I know that we are still work in progress getting on-board a lot of professionals, but hey, you are invited to be part of this team, and who knows that you could be our beneXt rockstart that can transform the future of ERP consulting firms. ;)

    The challengesIt's pretty normal for a company or a job to have challenges. This does not define my overall experience in BNEXT. I think that the company has done its part in guiding us through the challenges that we encounter on a daily basis.

    Amazing Career Growth!
    The good thingsIt was a great opportunity for me to be part of this company. I got to work and learned with the best people in the IT Industry. They are easy to work with and very professional. They will push you to be at your best. Employees are friendly and competitive. They are willing to train and hire fresh graduates, also offer training certifications.
    The challengesThere are a lot of challenges, just like any other company. Since it is a start up, most of the time, i need to learn on my own. There are times that you need to take multiple roles just to make sure that everything would be on track or would be finished.

    My experience with the company
    The good thingsI was able to to learn and experience new things that I can use in my future endeavors, especially in SAP. Lots of fun activities and events even during the pandemic. Also, the management and my co-employees were considerate and approachable.
    The challengesThe pandemic, since we are working from home, we had a hard time adjusting at first but we were able to overcome this by having constant communication with the team.

    Good employer/ Good match for Work Hard-Play Hard people
    The good thingsThe CEO checked in on me after my 1st week of work - she regularly checks in. There are many activities to engage all employees across several units - even during the pandemic. Taking trainings and certifications are not discouraged although it will take some time off the regular tasks. There are many opportunities for continuous development - even through the practice of profession.
    The challengesIt's a fast-growing company so tasks are piling up. Few Operations staff to cover all bases. With the current WFH setup, sometimes others assume that you're online 24/7.

    Highly recommended but not for the faint of heart
    The good things- I was given the opportunity to create my own processes with the guidance of Management; enough free reign to challenge myself. - The pay is above average compared to others in the same industry
    The challenges- Still need to beef up staffing especially for the HR Operations & Resourcing teams - Sometimes there's a need to pull all nighters but for a 3-year old company, this is nothing short of what I expect
