    The good thingsThe Management here is very Terrible. They will not value employee relations. No bonuses no Christmas party. No appraisal. No recognition.
    The challengesIt's very challenging to work with toxic management. The Management here before is okay. but suddenly when pioneer employees resigned the toxic culture started.

    I am able to have work life balance in this company
    The good thingsDefining work life balance is really subjective. it may be balanced to one but unbalanced to another. The good thing about this company is that it enabled me to be at my peak (as the management is supportive with trainings and decision making) and still take care of my family by time management. So long as I am able to manage my tasks well, I am able to balance out my duties both for my family and my job.
    The challengesIt may not be the right company for those who are not motivated to grow. I have been a manager for the past 20 years of my life and I must say that the PH workforce had become entitled to the saying "work life balance." This statement does not include people who are not passionate with work and are just in for the salary. Those who are entitled for additional day off or perks should be able to show that they are doing great with work as how they would perform in life - hence work life balance.

    Good company if you are up for the challenge
    The good thingsI have learnt a lot from this company as I was asked to perform different duties. The owners are based overseas and apparently the work style are: work first (unlike in PH where people seems to be in holiday or petiks mode all the time), entails you to make decisions (unlike in PH where we are asked to call the manager all the time) and able to do a lot of things (unlike here that you are only involve in one facet of the whole process). I am able to go to a lot of places abroad (australia, new zealand, korea, hongkong, dubai etc) because of this job!
    The challengesI can see that being part of such an everchanging work place is not for everyone. I see people who are unable to adapt to change and who are not flexible enough to perform different roles. this company is not for the weak :)

    I was able to multi task alot
    The good thingsIt is a company that has been in the industry for 30 years so it is not a fly by night company. the staff that I worked with are with the company since they started. The owners are hands on and can be easily contacted when needed. They trained me well especially with quick books and didnt give me a bond.
    The challengesMost of the new hires are mismatched. perhaps the HR department is still evolving. Since it is a family owned business, the challenges are more of building a corporate organization and processes. Changes takes time :) but if you are the dynamic type of staff you can grow in this company. It is heart breaking to read the negative comments as I have worked for this company for 5 years and I have learned so much. I bet the negative comments above are those who are terminated or did something wrong. I mean who in the right mind will let a good employee go.
