Bad Management, No work life balance. People were always overworked.
The good thingsPay is average compared to some other offices in the vicinity.
The challengesNo work - life balance. Overtime is forced for 2 to 4 hours daily. They lack employees and a person is always overworked.

    Career growth and development
The good thingsThe trust and growth opportunities I received, including the promotion to Human Resources, have been incredible. Funding my education shows the company's commitment to employee development. Though not the biggest, Bluestone offers stability and a positive atmosphere. Thank you for creating a supportive workplace. I am proud to be a part of the team.
The challengesOne of the challenges I have experienced while working at Bluestone is the limited parking within the building. Due to the limited space, employees often need to park across the street and walk to the building.

    Great Workplace
The good thingsThe office set-up, they are generous in terms of office equipment (brand new, 2 to 3 monitors depending on your job role). They offer free fruits, biscuits, juice, fresh milk, and they have an espresso machine with free coffee beans you can grind (new hires get training to use this and how to make latte art). And they have Netflix and free wifi with strong connection. There's music playing while you work. Culture. It's generally a fun environment. Training and career development (you need to be proactive and initiate the conversation, don't wait). Parties - they're not cheap with food and drinks and locations. No food stub which is common with other huge companies.
The challengesSystems and Tools - it's a growing company and the systems and tools are in-house. Could do better (enhancements are in plan but takes years to develop). Too many spreadsheet trackers. Some job roles are super stressful (every company has anyway)

Bluestone offers you growth & development, cares about your career path and the culture is very much different than those BPO industries we get used to.
The good thingsWe treat people like a family-member and teamwork is very much valued
The challengesJust the transportation, since I am from Cavite. But still manageable, it's been more than 2 years now
