    The good thingsI learned many things because we are always on our own; no guidance from others. In short, A very challenging experience.
    The challengesThe company does not provide relievers and it's very hard to go on leave because there aren't enough leave incentives. Rendering overtime is inevitable and the duties go beyond being a Pharmacist since we also need to clean the store and receive stocks.
