    The good thingsMet a few good friends in my time there. Learned also the basics of working with Abacus and how a travel agency generally works.
    The challengesIt was difficult in a way that my boss was expecting much from me knowing that it was my first time working at a travel agency. He most of the time left me with tasks and problems without teaching me well enough on how to solve the problem.
