    The good thingsthere are staff houses. Friendship starts here- with many staffs, collectors, supervisors and managers. you can meet different types of people- your borrowers. experience managing or handling one branch is a challenge. and experiencing different things that needs decision, balance, knowledge and skills.
    The challengesWhen there are things that don't just go your way. When a branch doesn't have a supervisor. When your computer bugs down and your work is hindered. when a collector does something/ violated some rules and regulations. when a branch lacks manpower.
