    The good thingsThe continuous improvement and IT team taught me a lot. My superior provide coaching and mentorship. I learned how an organization work and how to handle a project. I also like the project we had on digitalization of manual process. The company also provide allowance for OJT.

    Exciting Workplace and a lot of benefits
    The good thingsThe benefits are a lot. The management and our superiors are really supporting continuous improvement in the organization. I had learned a lot especially when I became a part of a team handling a project. Most of the staff are also helpful when there are projects involved. My boss also encourage me to strive harder.
    The challengesMulti tasking skills are expected and the workhours are long. Strict on attendance.

    The good thingsThe people of Blaine (rank and file employees) are really nice and very welcoming.
    The challengesIncompetent bosses very subjective, inconsistent work policies. Irrelevant project/s (5s implementation: such a waste of time, funds and time could’ve been allocated to somewhat relevant).

    Stressful Working Environment
    The good thingsI didn’t enjoy my stay. Full of stress. The company didn’t care for the welfare of the employee. During may stay (pandemic period last March to May) I am on a no work no pay scheme then when I return to the company last June they informed me that they will not continue my regularization.
