    It is worth it and a memorable experience workig in BK Asia Pacific Inc.
    The good thingsAwesome environment, kind and approachable colleagues, attentive and caring management and a kind religious boss.
    The challengesI think they should hire employees that is suitable for the job description. They should balance the number of managers, directors, senior QS and QS. I just thought that some point that there are too many managers and directors but only few senior QS and QS that will actually do the work. Some managers and directors will only check the output.

    No career growth
    The good thingsIt feels like home, very laidback. You can do whatever you want. You have your time at your hands.
    The challengesLots of issues, people gossiping, meddling with private lives. Management is not very strict that's why employees do whatever they want. No career growth in here. You will never be promoted unless someone resigns.
