As a person who worked for more than five years at this company, I wouldn’t really recommend it to those who are not accustomed to a high-pressure work culture and the company's particular approach to management and ethics. This is based on my personal experience.The good thingsThe only good thing is that they are generous enough.
The challengesIn my humble opinion, the workplace environment feels toxic, and the management could be better. Additionally, it seemed to me that important issues were not fully addressed. The company encourages multi-tasking, but it sometimes felt like all the work was being dumped on me. Given these experiences, it's not surprising to me that there is a high employee turnover. Again, this is just my personal experience.
