Poor work alignment and heavy reliance on manual systems make the workflow inefficient. The environment often makes you feel undervalued and unprofessional. Management is poor, and bosses are not approachable. Emotional outbursts from supervisors, including directly pointing fingers and shaming employees in front of others, create a toxic workplace. Not recommendable for anyone who values professionalism and respect.

The challengesI believe leadership should first be restored in a professional way, followed by improvements in the system. The current culture feels toxic and unprofessional. Management needs to learn how to recognize and appreciate employees’ hard work quietly and sincerely, rather than focusing only on appearances. Bosses should also learn how to manage their anger and avoid scolding or shaming employees in front of others.
