The challengesWhen I started working in this company, I was alone. All the work was given to me. The salary wasn't worth it. They said there would be an increase in salary once I become a regular employee, but there was no evaluation. How can there be a salary increase without evaluation? They also said during the interview that there would be yearly increases. In the almost 4 years I've worked in this company, they only increased it once, and it wasn't worth it. There's a lot of work, but the salary is low.
